  • 45 ml aged rum

  • 20 ml freshly squeezed lime juice

  • 30 ml sugar syrup

  • 2 dashes Angostura Bitters

  • 60 ml champagne or prosecco

  • 6-8 mint leaves

Как приготовить

Add all ingredients except sparkling wine to a shaker with ice, shake well and strain into a chilled glass. Top up with sparkling wine.
