  • 30 ml of Campari

  • 30 ml sweet vermouth

  • About 30 ml sparkling wine

How to make it

Pour vermouth and Campari over ice cubes in a glass. Stir until cool and pour in sparkling wine. Garnish with orange zest. Drink.

Interesting fact
Some stories are told quickly: Negroni Sbagliato means "False Negroni" because it is not made from gin, but from Prosecco or sparkling wine in general. Legend has it that one hectic evening in 1972, bartender Mirko Stocetto picked up the wrong bottle at Bar Basso in Milan.
