25 ml aged rum
25 ml white port
60–80 ml of playful Sake (Jozen Misuno)
2 drops of saline solution
How to make it
Stir rum, port and salt with ice, pour into a pre-chilled cupette, top with sparkling Sake, garnish with nori seaweed and serve with Asian crispy dishes.
