  • Splash of soda [sparkling water]

  • orange slice

Add all ingredients one by one into a glass with ice. Mix carefully.

Interesting fact
There are many variations, such as the Limoncello Spritz, in which Aperol (or Campari) is replaced by Limoncello, Prosecco by Crémant and an orange slice by a lemon slice. It is also possible to replace Prosecco with champagne and get an Aperol Spritz with champagne. Or even use Martini Bitter to make a Spritz Martini.
