La Folie, is produced with 35 years old Merlot grapes grown attentively in clay-limestone soil.
Grapes grown with low yield (40 hl/ha) are harvested at optimum maturity by hand picking and they are processed in the cellar without any pumping equipment, thus causing no bruises.
