REAL MEN Make Rosé - A Roman Fabig creation
An unconventional full rosé in both color and taste. Made from the André variety. It is a red grape variety developed in the early 1960s in Moravia, Czech Republic.
TASTING NOTES
Picture a rosé wine that captivates the senses with its aromatic bouquet reminiscent of a lush forest or orchard in full bloom. As you raise the glass to your nose, fragrant notes of ripe stone fruits, such as juicy peach and succulent apricot, dance gracefully alongside hints of wild berries and plum jam. Delicate floral undertones add an enchanting touch, evoking visions of sun-kissed meadows in bloom.
Yet, there's a depth to this rosé that goes beyond its fruity allure. Intertwined with the luscious fruit aromas are subtle whispers of black spices, like freshly cracked black pepper or exotic spices from distant lands. These savory nuances add complexity and intrigue to the wine, inviting you to explore its layers further.
On the palate, this rosé unfolds with a harmonious balance of flavors, where the sweetness of the fruit is tempered by a refreshing acidity. Silky-smooth in texture, it caresses the palate with a velvety mouthfeel, leaving a lingering impression of elegance and refinement.
With its vibrant aromas and seductive flavors, this rosé wine is not just a drink but a sensory journey, transporting you to a world of enchantment and delight with every sip.
