Textured - a Chardonnay on lees


The wine fermented and then aged 80% in stainless steel tanks and 20% in oak barrels. Aged for 6 months on coarse yeast lees.


Chardonnay aged on lees offers a captivating sensory experience, combining the vibrant fruitiness of Chardonnay grapes with the enriching influence of yeast sediment. This process infuses the wine with layers of complexity, resulting in a textured and nuanced expression.



The nose is greeted with ripe orchard fruits such as apple and pear, along with citrus notes of lemon and grapefruit, enticing with light aromas of toasted oak, vanilla, and caramel.


Refreshing acidity and high alcohol adds vibrancy to the creamy texture.


Full bodied with long finish.
